Adult Survivors of Narcissism Group Therapy

There is someone in your life who needs to be the center of attention. At first, this was bearable, but now it's a problem that is consuming too much of your energy. Group therapy will help you understand narcissism, teach you skills to navigate these relationships, provide you a community of people with similar experiences, and reprioritize your well-being. Winter and summer groups are held via telehealth. Spring and fall groups meet in-person in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
