Individual Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to explore and process the issues occurring in your life. I collaborate with clients to deepen their understanding of narcissism, heal from past wounds, and create boundaries that allow them to move forward with their lives. I offer EMDR and IFS therapy to process traumatic events. Individual appointments are offered in-person and via telehealth.

I’m a trauma-informed, “eclectic” therapist, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients heal from abuse and neglect. I have found EMDR and IFS to be particularly helpful tools in helping my clients who want to heal from trauma and narcissistic relationships. These are the therapy styles I draw from the most:
